Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program runs for 8 months every year, providing you with a variety of quality meat straight from the source. Signups are accepted May through October, giving you pickups twice per month. Our CSA is a special relationship between our farm and you as our customer. Rather than simply purchasing food, our customers become “members” of our farm who receive a portion of the farm’s yield.

What does a typical share look like?

Our 1/2 shares consist of 2 lbs premium and 6 lbs non-premium meat—with double that amount for whole shares—at each pickup. Generally the shares are pre-made according to the currently available meat, but every few shares are Pick-Your-Own, meaning the member can put together their share themselves from the store’s stock.

If I sign up later in the year, does this mean I miss out on pickups?

No, regardless of when you sign up, you will receive two shares per month for 8 months, beginning when you submit your application & pay the membership. Our signup availability runs May through October, outside of that our CSA applications are closed.

What are the benefits of joining the CSA?

There are so many benefits to becoming a CSA member with us! Mainly, it forms a relationship between customer and farmer, as well as bringing you closer to your food sources. Members receive a wider variety of meat at a higher value, while supporting their local community.
